Return and Replacement Policy

ROC Mafia products are made to order through print on demand production.
This allows us to offer unique designs without holding inventory and ensures that every item is created specifically for each customer.

Because each item is produced on demand, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, color preference, design preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We will replace an item at no cost if any of the following occur.
• The product arrives damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product you received is incorrect compared to what you ordered.
• The package is lost in transit.

To request a replacement.
• Contact us at nick@rocmafia.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
• Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you.
