All ROC Mafia items are made to order.
Production time is typically 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
Most orders in the United States arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact nick@rocmafia.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement at no cost.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference.

Please verify your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at the time of purchase.
